Oonagh can prepare several individual remedies which can be used for emotional help and stress relief.
These remedies are a combination of several individual flower remedies to support you in your life.
Essence of 'U' products are not intended to provide treatment for medical conditions or to be used as a substitute for the services of a Health Practitioner.
Please note that if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, the Essence of 'U' Organic Hand Cream should not be used.

All items sold in the Galanta shop online can be paid via a secure online credit card facility.
Shipping
Shipping costs are as follows:
Essence of 'U' Remedies and creams are €1.60 per item. Jewellery items are €3.00 per item shipped and Handbags are a flat rate of €8.00 per bag shipped worldwide and are sent by registered post.
Approximate delivery times from date of shipping: Ireland: 1-3 working days, UK & Europe: 4-8 working days
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations must be made in writing, within 7 days to Customer Care at Galanta. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days.
However, once an order has been placed on a Custom designed handbag that requires hand embroidered personnel details, such as names and dates; it is considered final and cannot be cancelled. Also, because these bags are hand embroidered with specific names, details they cannot be returned.
If however your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us. Please read the Return or Exchange an item section below.
Return or exchange an item
All Handbags, jewellery and Essence of 'U' products are made to a high standard and with a lot of great care, but if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact Galanta immediately to discuss options.
When ordering a Custom Designed handbag please read bag descriptions carefully, in particular the size of the bag and length of handles/straps. When ordering a piece of jewellery please also pay attention to the length of both necklaces and earrings.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding return delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
